To confirm the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 14th January 2015 as a true record.

To discuss any matters arising under the Minutes.

        7. Update on Running Water by Village Hall and Recreation Field.

To discuss any progress made on the matter.

        8. Advisory Funding Group (AFG).

To receive an update of any matters concerning the AFG since the last Parish Council meeting.

        9.    Mobile Signal

 To receive an update on the councils application to Vodaphone Rural Open Sure Programme

       10. Managing Radioactive Waste Safely (MRWS)

Jill Perry to give a report on this item.

        11. Correspondence.

To report all relevant correspondence received since the last meeting.

        12. Financial Update and Authorisation of Payments  

(a) To authorise payment of all outstanding accounts.

               (b) To approve the accounts for 2014/15

 (c)  To approve the Governance Statement 2014/15

       13. Planning Applications.

a) to consider all planning applications received since the last meeting and decide on a response.

       14. Play Park

 To discuss the recent Inspection Report and the current position with replacement equipment for the play park

To discuss speeding in the parish and decide on any action

 To receive a progress report

                 To receive an update on the provision of a defibrillator in the parish

  To receive an update on the councils request to Cumbria County Council to review the speed limits in the parish

                 To consider the renewal and to ensure that there is adequate cover
