 (a) To receive comments from members of the public


 3. Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations by members of pecuniary and other registerable interest in respect of items on this Agenda not disclosed on your notification of interest form.


4. Minutes

To confirm the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 28th September 2016 as a true record.


5. Matters Arising

To discuss any matters arising under the Minutes.


6. Advisory Funding Group (AFG).

To receive an update of any matters concerning the AFG since the last Parish Council meeting. To discuss the work of the Group with Annalee Holiday, Cumbria Community Foundation


7. Correspondence.

To report all relevant correspondence received since the last meeting.


 8. Financial Update and Authorisation of Payments  

(a) To authorise payment of all outstanding accounts.

a) To discuss matters affecting the parish and decide on any action

       

11. Vodafone Signal

To re-consider concerns regarding the effects of the of the Vodafone Open Signal  

12. Wind Turbines

To receive an update on the effect the turbines are having on the residents of the         parish.

       

13. Seats within the Parish

  To consider a rolling programme of seat replacement within the parish    


14. Play Park

 To receive an update on matter raised by the Safety Inspection Report


15. Speed Sensors

  To receive an update on speed sensors in the parish


16. Emergency Plans for Parishes

             To consider information received from CALC


17. Electoral Review of Allerdale Borough Council

    To receive an update on the review process

         

18. Village Maintenance Contract

     To consider work to be included in 2017/18


19. Matters for Next Meeting

              To determine any matters to be considered at the next meeting.

   To determine the date of the next meeting which is suggested to be 18th January
