To confirm the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 11th May 2016 as a true record.

To discuss any matters arising under the Minutes.

Advisory Funding Group (AFG).

To receive an update of any matters concerning the AFG since the last Parish Council meeting.

Correspondence.

To report all relevant correspondence received since the last meeting.

To consider if as a result of monitoring any further action is needed regarding the        muck heap

  To receive feedback from the Village Spring Clean held on 23rd April; 2016

   To consider a rolling programme of seat replacement within the parish
