2.    15 minutes Open Forum for Parishioner’s Comments.

3.    Election of Chairman

To elect a Chairman for 2016/17 and Vice Chairman


4.    Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations by members of pecuniary and other registerable interest in respect of items on this Agenda not disclosed on your notification of interest form.


5. Minutes

To confirm the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 13th January 2016 as a true record.


6. Matters Arising

To discuss any matters arising under the Minutes.


7. Update on Running Water by Village Hall.

To discuss any progress made on the matter.


8. Advisory Funding Group (AFG).

To receive an update of any matters concerning the AFG since the last Parish Council meeting.


9. Correspondence.

To report all relevant correspondence received since the last meeting.

 To consider if as a result of monitoring any further action is needed regarding the muck heap

         To receive an update on the provision of a disabled persons ramp and discuss the way forward.

        

 15.    Village Spring Clean

  To receive feedback from the Village Spring Clean held on 23rd April; 2016


 16.     Unpresented cheque

                To receive a report on an unpresented cheque from 2015/16 accounts


 17.    Play Park

  To receive an update


 18. Model Financial Regulations

 To adopt the January 2016 NALC model Financial Regulations.  


 19.   Insurance level

  To consider if the current Insurance level is sufficient


 20.   Upstream Tree Planting

               To consider how to promote the above


 21.   Speed Sensors

  To receive an update on speed sensors in the parish


 22.   Light Flicker from Wind Turbines

  To consider the above


 23.   Queens Birthday Celebrations

                To consider how the parish will celebrate the Queens 90th birthday

               To determine any matters to be considered at the next meeting.
