       2.    15 minutes Open Forum for Parishioner’s Comments.

 (a) To receive comments from members of the public


       3.    Declarations of Interest

To receive declarations by members of pecuniary and other registerable interest in respect of items on this Agenda not disclosed on your notification of interests form.


        4. Minutes

To confirm the Minutes of the Council Meeting held on 23rd September 2015 as a true record.


  1. Matters Arising

To discuss any matters arising under the Minutes.


        7. Update on Running Water by Village Hall.

To discuss any progress made on the matter.


        8. Advisory Funding Group (AFG).

To receive an update of any matters concerning the AFG since the last Parish Council meeting.


        9.    Mobile Signal

 To receive an update on the councils application to Vodafone Rural Open Sure Programme


        10. Correspondence.

To report all relevant correspondence received since the last meeting.


        11. Financial Update and Authorisation of Payments  

(a) To authorise payment of all outstanding accounts.


                (b) To consider the councils commitments for the remainder of the financial year

   (c) To consider the draft budget and set the Precept for 2016/17


       12. Planning Applications.

a) To consider all planning applications received for consultation since the last meeting and decide on a response.

b) To receive details of any decisions

       13. Police Matters

a) To discuss matters affecting the parish and decide on any action

 b) To discuss the Police and Crime Commissioners response to the Councils letter regard the non-attendance of a  police representative at Parish Council Meetings

   To receive an update on the provision of a council website


       16.    Ramp Access to Churchyard

         To receive an update on the provision of as ramp and discuss the council’s contribution to the project.

        

       17.   Donation to St Mary’s Church

               To discuss a grant to St Mary’s Church towards the grass cutting


       18.    Play Park

  (a) To discuss an appropriate time for the council to formally take over responsibility for the new play park

  (b)  To consider a request to site a basketball net on the recreation field

       

       19.   Maintenance 2016/17

  (a) To agree the Maintenance Schedule for 2016/17

  (b) To consider estimates for cutting the hedge around the recreation field

  (c)  To discuss the removal of shrubs etc. over the drain in the recreation field


       20.   External Audit

  To consider the external auditors report

       

       21.   Closure of Mc Bride and Steele dental Practice, Aspatria

  To discuss the above proposed closure
